InTent Yoga
The concept of YogaIntent (IY) is Simple, natural and beautiful. We only add what is necessary to what is already beautiful. So we do yoga in nature! This is a space for yoga and outdoor lovers.
We bring awareness and INTENTion to each action. We love the teachings of yoga as philosophy for life and we embrace it. This is a space for yoga and outdoor lovers. IntentYoga classes are for those who want to become receptive to the gift of life. Those who want to bring mindfulness to their life and awareness to their body.
Javier Wilensky, creator of inTent Yoga, has been teaching yoga for over 13 years. Javier has developed a genuine way of teaching yoga, always providing insightful philosophical, physical and mental cues to the practice. With a lively sense of humor, he guides with detailed instructions and adjustments creating a deeper understanding of how the pose should feel and how to make the pose work for the student.

Yoga for healthy back
This class is designed for those with back pain and all who want to have a better sense of wellbeing. Every class we focus on different parts of the body, so we focus on relieving pain in the lower, middle and upper back. Working with yoga to relieve pain has a wonderful side effect. Improves mood , energy levels and reduces stress and anxiety. In this class you’ll have a mindful approach creating a sense of awareness. This class focuses on yoga therapy. Emphasizing the use of props like chairs, blocks, straps and ropes.
IY Dynamic Alignment
This yoga class is designed for those who want to move and keep the benefits of bringing awareness of the poses. These classes are entertaining and challenging. Expect to sweat, stretch and improve muscle tone.
IY Yoga Level 1
This class is an exploration of yoga poses, we focus on strength and flexibility; Mobility and stability. Working this way creates a flow of energy on the body and clarity on the mind. The classes focus on building up a pose with intelligence so they feel peaceful and effortless even though their complexity. Here you can expect to learn headstands (sirsasana), handstand (adhomuka vriksasana) and shoulder-stand (Sarvangasana). In this class we introduce the use of props like chairs, blankets, belts, blocks and rope walls.
IY Yoga Level II & III
This class is a more ADVANCED exploration of yoga poses, we focus on strength and flexibility; Mobility and stability. Working this way creates a flow of energy on the body and clarity on the mind. The class focuses on building up a poses with intelligence so they feel peaceful and effortless even though their complexity. In this class we will introduce more advances poses as well as longer holds in inverted positions such as Shoulder-stand (Sarvangasana) and Headstand (Sirsasana). In this class we introduce the use of props like chairs, blankets, belts, blocks and rope walls.
IY Stretch and Restore
Through the use of props like bolsters, blankets and straps for support allow your body to reach complete relaxation. Reduce your stress levels, Muscle tension and achieve a meditative mindset. This class improves energy and at the same time induces sleep.
One-On-One Classes
In addition to our scheduled classes, we also offer one-on-one classes for Yoga Therapy, Advanced Yoga, Energy Medicine, Sound Healing and Meditation. If you learn better in a focused, solo environment, our expert instructors will guide you through this part of your wellness journey
